The Love Church Charlotte, known affectionately as TLCC was founded October 1, 2017 by Apostle Dr. Delisa Rodgers after thirteen years of pastoring the former, True Love Church of Refuge.  TLCC is an apostolic-prophetic hub for five fold ministry leaders from around the nation and training center for emerging ministers.
